All custom embroidered items require a $20 digitizing fee deposit to create your embroidery-ready design file. This deposit is applied toward your final order total and covers the setup process necessary for custom stitching. This is a non-refundable fee. For more information on digitizing and the details behind what it is please refer to the FAQ. If you have concerns about being able to get what exactly you are looking for than send me an email before placing your deposit.
